Kauniisti sisustetussa 75m² huoneistossa on kaksi ympärivuotisessa käytössä olevaa makuuhuonetta sekä kesäisin käytettävä lisähuone. Varsinaisten vuoteiden lisäksi huoneistossa on vuodesohvia, joten nukkumisjärjestelyt voidaan mukauttaa erikokoisille seurueille. Kesäkaudella majoitustilaa on enimmillään 10 henkilölle.
