What’s included in your stay?
You will have access to a 75 m² apartment with additional services year-round (2+1 bedrooms, kitchen, shower/WC). The price includes final cleaning, made beds, WiFi, Netflix, coffee/tea and porridge ingredients.
The apartment is located on the top floor of our house. You have free parking, a private entrance and your own keys.
You’ll also find books, games, drawing supplies, yoga mats (2), walking poles (2) and outdoor equipment available free of charge in the entrance area.
We live in the same house and are available if needed.

Good to know
If you cancel
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day before arrival. Later cancellations may be charged in full.
If we cancel
In rare cases (e.g. water damage), you are entitled to a full refund.
Damages
Guests are responsible for intentional damage. Accidents happen — please let us know if something breaks.
Interrupting
Smoking inside or intentional damage may result in additional charges (e.g. ozone treatment).
Arrival
Huoneisto on käytössänne saapumispäivänä normaalisti klo 17.00 alkaen. Aikaisemmat tunnit ennakkosopimuksesta 20 €/h. Toivomme tuloa klo 22.00 mennessä, mutta se ei ole välttämätöntä. Emme kuitenkaan takaa, että olemme hereillä jos tulet myöhään, varsinkaan jos emme tiedä odottaa teitä. Saatte tulla ja mennä tietenkin vapaasti.
Departure
Huoneisto on luovutettava lähtöpäivänä yleensä klo 12.00 mennessä. Lisätunnit ennakkosopimuksesta 20 €/h. Jos teillä on jokin erikoistarjous tai lähtö sattuu sunnuntaille, on mahdollista että olemme myöntäneet myöhäisen uloskirjautumisen ilman maksua.
Keys
Saat lisätiedot tekstiviestillä/WhatsAppilla saapumisviikolla, viimeistään majoituspäivänä ennen sisäänkirjautumisaikaa. Jos et saanut viestiä, otathan yhteyttä: +358 44 997 2458 (Piia Mäkilä). Avaimet voi jättää lähtiessä huoneistoon.
Cleaning
Huoneiston loppusiivous (pois lukien astioiden tiskaus) kuuluu hintaan. Lisäsiivous on mahdollinen, 100 €/kerta 8sis. alv). Roskat voi jättää huoneistoon.

Vuokraus
Emme vuokraa yksittäisiä huoneita, joten koko huoneisto on sinun ja seurueenne käytössä. Teillä on käytössänne omat, erikseen muusta talosta sarjoitetut avaimet, oma sisäänkäynti ja maksuton pysäköintialue alapihalla. Jos on pakkasta ja tarvitsette auton lämmitykseen, järjestämme asian.
Amenities
Kahvi, tee, mausteet, puurotarpeet ja pesuaineet kuuluvat hintaan. Samoin pedatut vuoteet, kuten muukin huoneistosta löytyvä (poislukien keittiön ruskeaa kaappia, jossa ovat maksulliset tuotteet). Aamupuurotarpeet löydät kahvinkeittimen yläpuolella olevasta kaapista. Tavoitteenamme on ylittää perushotelli palvelussa.
Location
Meiltä on lyhyt matka torille, juna-asemalle, Kisalaan, melontakeskukselle, retkeilyreittien lähtöpisteisiin ja keskustaan, palveluihin. Taidekeskus Salmelalle ja kirkonkylän alueelle on alle 4 kilometriä. Lähikauppaan on 30 metriä. Isommille ruokakaupoille on noin yksi kilometri.
puutarha
Voitte rentoutua ja oleskella sisäpihalla, jossa on hyötypuutarha, frisbeegolf-kori ja kiekkoja, tulipaikka, puutarhakeinu sekä tikkataulu. Tupakoida voitte sisäpihalla, oleskelualueen tuntumassa.
Heating
Heating can be adjusted in each room. Default temperature is 21°C. We recommend keeping doors closed in winter to maintain warmth. Windows can be opened. The house has natural ventilation.
Ventilation
All window openings have operable windows. In addition, there are ventilation vents at both ends of the house, which are closed during winter. The grille above the stove is an adjustable ventilation outlet.The house has traditional natural (gravity-based) ventilation.
Pets
Lemmikit ovat meille sallittuja, ja talon omat lemmikit (Luna ja Luca kissat sekä Lala koira) saattavat olla pihalla. Sisäpihan voi kiertää kauppatien puolelta. Ethän laske omaa lemmikkiäsi irti piha-alueella.
Bicycles
Talon polkupyörät ovat lisämaksusta käytössänne ja niitä 3-6 kpl huollon mukaan tarjolla. Löydätte ne sisäänkäynnin yhteydestä yläpihalta. Vuokraamme lisäksi yhtä tehokasta efat-sähköpyörää, jota voi käyttää talvellakin. Lastenistuin on alakerran varastossa, joten kysy lainaan tarvittaessa. Kypärät ja pyörien mut tarvikkeet ovat vapaassa käytössä ulkoeteisessä.
Laundry
Pyykinpesun hinta on 5 €/kone. Tuomme ne kuivattuna teille takaisin/jätämme korissa portaiden alapäähän.

Meiltä saat lisämaksusta mm. aamupalatarpeet jääkaappiin toimitettuna, opaspalveluita ja retkeilyvälineitä. Talon 1. kerroksessa toimii ammattihierojan vastaanotto.

Ordering
Products can be selected on the website and added to the shopping cart.
Orders can also be made by phone, in which case the order confirmation/invoice will be sent by email. Orders can also be made on-site.
On-site purchases (e.g. additional nights) can be paid by bank transfer if needed.
In the online store, orders are confirmed by completing payment at checkout. You can also request a PDF invoice.
By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product prices and any delivery costs.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. The confirmation includes the ordered services and total price.
Cancellation policy (accommodation)
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day before arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
For later cancellations, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
Cancellations must be made in a way that allows the customer to show confirmation that we have received and acknowledged the cancellation.

Unelma is a blue kolmikerroksinen omakotitalo Rinnetien ja Kauppatien risteyksessä. Majoitushuoneisto (Huoneistomajoitus Unelma) sijaitsee talomme ylimmässä kerroksessa. Piha-alueilla on opasteet.
